PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is entered into and made effective as of the date set forth above by and on behalf of Sandhill Healing Center LLC, a Florida limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs the manner in which the Company collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information obtained from users (each, a "User" or "you") of the website located at www.sandhillhealing.com (the "Site"). This Policy is posted and made continuously available on the Site. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, by submitting any form, or by providing any information to the Company through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms hereof, you must refrain from using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any amendment to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Personal Information" shall mean any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular individual, including but not limited to name, postal address, electronic mail address, and telephone number.
1.2 "Non-Personal Information" shall mean information that does not, by itself, identify a specific individual, including but not limited to browser type, device characteristics, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and aggregated usage data.
1.3 "Protected Health Information" or "PHI" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended, and its implementing regulations (collectively, "HIPAA").
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
2.1 Information Provided Voluntarily. The Company may collect Personal Information from Users at various points of interaction with the Site, including, without limitation, when a User completes a contact form, submits an appointment request, places an order through the Company's online shop, or otherwise corresponds with the Company. Such Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, the User's name, telephone number, electronic mail address, and, where applicable, billing and shipping information.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically. When a User accesses the Site, the Company and its service providers may automatically collect Non-Personal Information through the use of cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies. Such information may include the User's IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access.
3. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The Company may use the information it collects for one or more of the following purposes: (a) to respond to inquiries, requests, and communications initiated by the User; (b) to schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; (c) to process, fulfill, and administer orders placed through the Company's online shop; (d) to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Company's services; (e) to communicate with the User regarding the User's care, appointments, or the Company's practice; and (f) to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
4. PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION
Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, any Protected Health Information that the Company creates, receives, maintains, or transmits in its capacity as a covered entity is governed by HIPAA and applicable state law, and is addressed in the Company's separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which is incorporated herein by reference. Users are advised not to transmit sensitive medical or health information through any contact or appointment form available on the Site.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Site may employ cookies and third-party analytics services, including, without limitation, Google Analytics, for the purpose of analyzing usage patterns and enhancing the User experience. The User may configure his or her web browser to refuse cookies or to provide notification when cookies are being transmitted; provided, however, that certain features or functionality of the Site may not operate properly in the absence of such cookies.
6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
6.1 The Company does not sell, lease, rent, or trade Personal Information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
6.2 The Company may disclose information to its service providers, vendors, and contractors who perform functions on the Company's behalf, including, without limitation, website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, and data storage, solely to the extent necessary for the performance of such functions.
6.3 The Company may disclose information where it reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its Users, or others.
7. DATA SECURITY
The Company shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information in its possession against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User acknowledges that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is wholly secure, and the Company cannot and does not guarantee the absolute security of any information.
8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. The Company does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. The User's access to and use of such third-party websites is at the User's sole risk.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of thirteen (13) years. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from any individual under the age of thirteen (13). In the event the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected such information, it shall take reasonable steps to delete the same.
10. USER RIGHTS AND CHOICES
A User may contact the Company at any time to inquire about, request access to, update, or request deletion of the Personal Information maintained by the Company concerning such User. A User may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in any such communication.
11. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time and from time to time. Any such modification shall be effective upon posting of the revised Policy to the Site, together with a revised effective date. The User's continued use of the Site following any such modification shall constitute the User's acceptance thereof.
