MASSAGE
In massage there is an endless amount of ways we can service the body, mind, and spirit. Here are the ways we offer bodywork. Our Massage Therapists are proudly selected for their skill and professionalism.
Swedish Massage 60/90 min

A relaxing full-body massage using long, flowing strokes to ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Swedish massage improves circulation, relieves everyday aches, and leaves you feeling rested and restored. A great choice if you're new to massage or simply need to unwind.
Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on therapy using light touch along the head, neck, and spine to release restrictions and quiet the nervous system. Craniosacral work can help with headaches, migraines, TMJ discomfort, and stress-related tension. Most clients find it deeply calming, and it's gentle enough for nearly everyone.
Reflexology

Targeted pressure applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to systems throughout the body. Reflexology promotes relaxation, supports circulation, and can ease tension you feel elsewhere, all while you stay comfortably seated and fully clothed. A soothing option if you prefer not to have a full-body massage.
Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated stones are placed on the body and used in massage to melt tension that hands alone can't reach. The warmth relaxes muscles quickly, allowing deeper work without discomfort. Ideal for chronic stiffness, poor circulation, or anyone who loves the comfort of soothing heat.
Deep Tissue

Firm, focused pressure that works into the deeper layers of muscle to release chronic tension and stubborn knots. Deep tissue massage is well suited for persistent back, neck, and shoulder pain, old injuries, and tightness that a lighter massage doesn't reach. Relief that lasts beyond the table.
